On Wednesday January 28th 2026 ITV News ran a feature on Good God Corner, which is the corner at the bottom of our drive with the view that we have at Murmur-y-Don, the finest view in Wales.

Sadly they called it by an Americanism, OMG Corner, which is unheard of in this locality.

Featuring in the clip were my wife Yvonne and our dog Mister Sloane The Golden Retriever, who got a full credit on air.

Sadly my technical prowess is insufficient for me to post the actual video, which I did manage to record, so until someone teaches me how to do it you’ll have to be satisfied with this still shot from the house.
