Come down the corridor from the kitchen in to the HALL. To your right is the west-facing STUDY and the staircase to the next floor.

To your left is the L-shaped DRAWING ROOM, which faces west and south. We used to use the first part of the ‘L’ as our dining room, but now we use the ROUND WINDOW, as we’re sure you will. The ROUND WINDOW looks out over Harlech Bay, with Snowdon to the North, the Llyn Peninsula and Bardsey Island to the West and Pembrokeshire to the South. You can’t see Pembrokeshire from here; if you are very very lucky on a perfectly clear day you might glimpse it from the Blue Bedroom.

The DRAWING ROOM has an open fire, and a 42″ flat screen Smart HDTV with BBC iPlayer, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Try not to run. The solid oak floorboards can be slippery if I’ve recently polished them.
